Custom attention grabber

Our chat module has a built-in 'attention grabber'. This is a small, moving graphic that should, as the name implies, grab the attention of your website visitors. This is what our attention grabber looks like:
To start using the attention grabber, first go to Settings > Livechat configuration. Then click the widget you want to add the attention grabber to. Click on More options to see all options and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a field marked Attention grabber. This is where you can upload a graphic file which will be used as your attention grabber.
Remember to click Save after making your changes.
Your attention grabber will not be displayed while you're offline. Closing the attention grabber persists throughout the entire session.
