Integrate Sugester CRM with VoIP

We are starting a semi-open beta of our VoIP integration. This means that, apart from task management, email, CRM and live chat, Sugester now includes phone call support.

The list below includes all currently operational features:

  • caller number logging;
  • support for multiple destination numbers;
  • call time, date and length logging;
  • call end statuses (who disconnected first);
  • operator logging (who picked up a call);
  • call recording;
  • call notes.

Currently there is no support for dialing or answering calls directly from the browser.
