In Sugester it is possible to quickly import deals groups. Supported file formats for import are both XLS and CSV. To import the deals database navigate to Settings > Imports / Exports and expand the arrow on the ‘New Import’ button, next select Import deals. 




Click on the button Add attachment, select your database file from your drive. Click on Next. 



Loading an imported file can take several seconds. When the file is done loading, press the Download button. 



You will see a screen where you can customize the configuration of fields - you can decide which column in your CSV / XLS file should match what position on the deals card in Sugester. It will look like:



Ensure that the file has a header - if that is the case, select the appropriate option above the table. After verifying that the configuration is correct, click the Import data button. 

After the data has been imported, the system will show you a table with the history of imports, here you will be able to check how many records were imported and if any errors occurred. 



NOTE: DEALS ARE ONLY LINKED TO CUSTOMERS ON THE BASIS OF CUSTOMERS NAME
