In some cases e-mails sent from your own address through Sugester may be removed by the recipient's spam filter. This is due to some issues with the SMTP protocol. In order to avoid this issue you have to authorize Sugester to send e-mail on your behalf by adding a new SPF record to your DNS settings.
NOTE: This setting applies to sending emails via Sendgrid - if you have changed the email server settings in the Account Settings, you must enter the settings that you specified for your server. TXT SPF records for individual suppliers are here
After the record has been processed (this might take some time) all e-mail sent from Sugester using your own e-mail address will work correctly.
By default, we put our DKIM on all messages sent from the Sugester. However, we can increase the delivery of your email by setting up your own DKIM with your own sending server - then your emails will be sent and signed by your domain. This option is available from the PRO plan.
To enable this option, modify the SPF / TXT and add three new entries to your domain's DNS:

When you set these records, contact us and tell us your domain name - then we can activate DKIM and the server.
Step 1: SPF
To do so, go to your domain settings, and find the option to edit DNS records. There, find the option to add a new DNS record, and add a TXT record with the following value:TXT yourdomain.com | "v=spf1 mx include:u908313.wl.sendgrid.net ~all" |

Step 2: Own DKIM and Sending Server (Advanced)
By default, we put our DKIM on all messages sent from the Sugester. However, we can increase the delivery of your email by setting up your own DKIM with your own sending server - then your emails will be sent and signed by your domain. This option is available from the PRO plan.

TXT yourdomain.com | "v=spf1 mx include:u908313.wl.sendgrid.net ~all" |
CNAME sugester-em.yourdomain.com | u908313.wl.sendgrid.net |
CNAME s1._domainkey.yourdomain.com | s1.domainkey.u908313.wl.sendgrid.net |
CNAME s2._domainkey.yourdomain.com | s2.domainkey.u908313.wl.sendgrid.net |

When you set these records, contact us and tell us your domain name - then we can activate DKIM and the server.
